Returns Policy
Important Information: All returns are subject to validation and approval at GB Fashion & Beauty discretion.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- If an item has a GB security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- Beauty, cosmetic and perfumes must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
- Hosiery, lingerie, swimwear and Jewelry items cannot be returned.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Returns Procedure
If you find that by any reason you should proceed with the return of any ordered product (partially or whole), firstly, get in touch with our Customer Service team by e-mail, to info@globalbrandology.com, in order to arrange and obtain approval for your return.Your email return request, should comprise always:
- Subject: Order's Number;
- Advise on the reason(s) for the return and add photo if needful
Upon reception of the above information and consequent approval of the return, you will receive return instructions by email or phone.
Did you ordered from a European Union country?
Customers returning product(s) from any country that belongs to the EU must ship the parcel through national post office service by simply preparing the parcel and posting it in your local post office, with regular mail, with our return number. Order returned without Global Brandology permission, will be not considered.Your country does not belong to European Union?
Due to customs regulations and restrictions, returns from some countries might not be possible.
For returning orders from outside European Union countries, customers can use DHL return service which would be settled by GB Fashion & Beauty. DHL will organize a pick-up operation of the parcel from the address you have advise us, on an agreed settled date. Customer cannot choose a specific hour for a pick-up. After contacting us, we will provide you with return documents that you will have to print and attach to the parcel. At this time, we will also inform you about the price of the return, as it depends on the weight of the parcel. The time needed to deliver the parcel back to us, is normally 4-5 working days.
Undelivered orders
Please provide a correct and complete address on the ordering and confirmation process, as providing an incomplete or incorrect address, could make the parcel being returned to GB Fashion & Beauty.
Faulty items
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service Team by email (info@globalbrandology.com) as soon as possible. We will open a new return approval process and provide you with a full refund for the defective item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Normally we will proceed within 30 working days.
