Shipping Information

GB Fashion & Beauty orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.

Duties & Taxes

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are in European Union.
Customers outside of the European Union, the price you pay to GB Fashion & Beauty will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 2-7 business days after it's dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Order delivery carrier

All orders are made from Europe. Express courriers, DHL Express, DPD or GLS will be used depending on your location. Air delivery either with UPS or DHL will be used for outside European Union countries orders.
